Fun Facts For the Fourth (Infographic)

As a tribute to the Fourth of July 2015 Independence Day Weekend, the team at Outsoft has scouted a few fun facts about the holiday’s most prominent activities.

Most Americans will drive eye-popping distances to join the rest of the family in honoring America’s 239th Birthday this year. Most will prominently display the 26th official revision of the official American Flag, which will be celebrating its 55th Birthday this year (the current version was adopted on July 4, 1960). Miles of hot dogs will be grilled – enough to stretch across the continental USA several times. Most of the fireworks for the year will also be fired on that one day. Did you know that their colors actually correspond to specific chemical elements they are made with, most of which are metals?
